Цитата:
Individuals and organizations hosting private social, business, or recreational events or functions are not required to obtain a permit from the state if the event is not open to the general public, and alcohol is provided to invited guests without cost.

The maximum amount of alcohol in any drink used to be 2 ounces. Now drinks can now contain 2.75 ounces of "spirituous liquor." While some drinks used to be eyebrow-raisingly close to being illegal (the five-liquor Long Island Iced Tea, for example), now any drink is legal in Utah.

.....

It used to be illegal to have more than one drink in front of you at the same time. Wine drinkers were forced to guzzle or give up the glass of white wine before starting in on a bottle of red. It also made the shot 'n' beer combination illegal. Now it's all legal — multiple drinks are no longer taboo.
