I plan to buy a condo in nice area, as an investment, and either rent it or just lock it and go back to Minneapolis. Eventially, I'll move to Ecuador.
The problem is - to find "nice area"
I found one (condo) in SAN RAFAEL, Street Of The Market * 1 And Av. G. Rumiñahui
Value of Selling $ 35,000.
If they selling it for 35 000, I'll negotiate to buy it for 30,000 in cash.
