SAE Quito Clubhouse events: Gringo Style Rib BBQ on Nov 16th
Enjoy pork ribs in one hand and a cold beer in the other- Yankee-Gringo style. We’re going to use the grill for what it was made for: BBQ’ing! The bonfire gets light at 4:30 and the coals will be ready for the real thing just after 5. Corn-on-the-cob (steamed, not boiled) and baked beans with the ribs. This is just as we had on the ranch.
